Initiate Return Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and select your reason for return.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch, original warranty card, and all manuals inside the Swiss Military Hanowa presentation box, ensuring it is securely packed in a shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the watch's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
